Our Kids Martial Arts, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu ( BJJ ), and Kickboxing programs teach valuable self-defense lessons but more importantly they build a strong foundation of respect, discipline, perseverance, and confidence. Members can expect a structured program that helps both children and adults develop improved focus, fitness, coordination, and valuable social skills.

My eight year old son loves the classes here at Octane MMA. All of the instructors are caring and great with the children. The instructors are not just teaching techniques, they're teaching the kids about life situations and how to be respectful.
